Go to feedbackassistant.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and create a new feedback request.

1. Select the device (usually iOS / iPadOS) and the category (Family Controls/Screen Time).

2. Share the error or challenge you are facing and what you would like to see changed.

3. Share any screenshots or screen recordings.
